Terms & Conditions:

1. Every participant has to fill up the Grand Prize Form at the Hitcheed’s Bridal Market Redemption Booth to be eligible for the raffle.
2. Raffle tickets of Bridal Market participants will be included together with our December Wedding Wonderland participants. 
3. Winners for the cashback will be drawn together at our December Wedding Wonderland, 14th & 15th December 2024.
4. Hold on to your raffle tickets or take a picture for proof until the draw during our December Wedding Wonderland 2024.
5. Total amount of cashback given at the event will be $30,000 split over the two days, 14th & 15th December 2024.
6. The initial $20,000 cashback will be distributed until it is depleted, and will be distributed in the following manner each day: $8,000 on 14th December and $12,000 on 15th December respectively.
7. For winners to be eligible for the initial $20,000 cashback, participants need to be present at the date and time of the draw in which they are chosen and are entitled to the full amount of cashback of the deposit they have paid at the event.
8. The additional $10,000 will be distributed on 15th December to the first 10 couples that have been selected and are present at the time of the draw. Each of these 10 couples will only be entitled to the deposit amount that is written on their Grand Prize Draw slip submission, unless the amount is greater than $1,000 to which they are only entitled to a maximum of $1,000 cashback.
9. For winners of the additional $10,000 cashback who are not present at the date and time of the draw, they will not be eligible for the cashback.
10. Only one transaction at each vendor is allowed.
11. Every transaction of a minimum of $500 would allow the couple to receive one Grand Prize Form.
12. The amount stated on the Grand Prize Form will be the amount paid at Bridal Market and Wedding Wonderland at one vendor only, not the total amount written in the quotation.
13. Only the amount stated on the Grand Prize Form will be counted and taken into account when giving the cashback, not the total amount spent at Bridal Market and Wedding Wonderland.
14. Each Grand Prize Form would entitle the participant to one prize in the draw.
15. Vendors are not allowed to collect the cashback prize on behalf of the participants.
16. The winners will be announced on our Instagram page @hitcheed after the event dates.
17. Prizes must be claimed 2 weeks after the winner has been announced. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
18. All taxes, social welfare funds and any fees that may apply will be borne by the winner.
19. All decisions made by Hitcheed are final.
20. Hitcheed reserves the right to alter, change, or revise the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
21. Hitcheed reserves the right of final decision in any case of disputes.
22. By joining the Grand Prize draw, the participant has agreed to all the Terms & Conditions.
